"Hidden Dragon" Arrested: Chinese Crypto Scammer use Fake ID

Thai immigration police arrested a 47-year-old Chinese man on October 22, 2026. He was wanted for a crypto investment scam worth 100 million baht, or about $3 million. Police found him in a house in Nong Prue, Chonburi, Thailand. He had been living in Thailand with a Cambodian passport. He used this passport to hide his real identity.
